I have twin 2 year old boys who are totally in LOVE w/ horse\'s right now and when I saw this I just had to get them! My nephew also got one and LOVED it as-well. The bounce, bounce, bounce and talk to their horsey\'s as if it is a little pet...they are a bit expensive (or so I thought) but I do think they are durable and will last and last.
I don\'t normally write reviews but I had to for these because these are great! My mom got these for my girls when they were 1.5 and 3.5. It took a few months for the 1 year old to get the hang of it, but not too long. They are perfect for indoor \"ride-ons\" YOu don\'t have to worry about kids running into furniture. And, you can adjust the amount of air you put in them to make them bouncier/bigger. Are best when 2 kids can play with them together.
Our very active 2 1/2 year old loves this toy. Not only is he fun to bounce and ride on, he\'s become a beloved \"pet\" to her as well. The only problem we have with it is that when we blew him up he was lopsided, with more air on one side than the other. We deflated him and blew him up again but had the same problem. It doesn\'t seem to bother our child though and we aren\'t sure if it causes her to fall off more or not because falling off of it is part of the fun!
We gave this to our daughter for her second birthday and she loved it right away. She even adpoted it as a pet and initially insisted that it was a bunny intead of a horse. That said, she still plays with Rody pretty regularly, 6 months after her birthday. My one caution is that as it is a bouncer it is easy for kids to shift to a side and fall over. I find its important to surpervise the jumping and to make sure that kids are not on Rody and near any furnoture corners, etc at the same time to avoid accidents.
the kids love this little guy. They can bounce and climb on him all day and not hurt him or themselves. Super cute, fun, safe and durable.
