Fun toy for toddlers

I bought this toy for my 14th month old for Christmas. He\'s just figuring out how to continuously turn the handle to get the pony to pop up. He likes it for a bit when someone else winds it for him. It is not currently his favorite, but it does bring a smile to his face. For educational value I would say yes, for dexterity. It is also an exercise in patience for my immediate gratification child. It remains to be seen whether he will play with this toy a lot eventually. I think that it\'s a cute toy but would be much more fun for a two year old.

it\'s neat, but my daughter is scared of the noise it makes (it makes a loud horse neigh, but it\'s aggressive, perhaps it should be a little lighter)

Product did not work as advertised. Pony popped up at random and never made a sound, despite the package\'s claim that he \"talked.\"

fun toy=not scary

purchased for my 6 mo old grandaughter.she loved it immediately as horse pops out-not scary clown. horse whinnies and makes noise when it pops out. this is the only problem I\'ve had with this toy. after she played with it for several days the horse stopped making noise of any kind. everything else still works,and she still loves it.
